Overview
PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator training is for professionals responsible for bringing the different parts of a domestic retrofit project together. It develops the practical understanding needed to coordinate assessment, design, installation and quality assurance across the whole dwelling rather than treating individual measures in isolation.
You will learn how to manage the retrofit risk pathway, interpret the Retrofit Assessment and Medium-Term Improvement Plan, coordinate the Retrofit Designer and Retrofit Installer, and keep the project evidence needed for compliant handover. The programme is grounded in PAS 2035 and the TrustMark framework, with the relationship to PAS 2030, consumer protection and quality assurance made clear throughout.
